Position Summary:

We are seeking a Remote Family Travel Advisor to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients to plan fun, stress-free family getaways, from theme park trips and beach vacations to adventure tours and all-inclusive resorts.


Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their family’s travel needs and preferences.
  • Research and recommend family-friendly destinations, hotels, and activities.
  • Book travel accommodations including flights, resorts, and excursions.
  • Communicate clearly with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
  • Monitor deals and promotions suited for families.
  • Stay informed about travel safety, documentation, and seasonal trends.
Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for travel and working with families.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy.
  • Customer service or travel industry experience is a plus but not required.
