KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Remote Family Operations Specialist to support families across all brands. This entry-level role focuses on handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering empathetic and efficient service, and documenting interactions accurately.

You will work from a home setup, engage with families, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of customer service experience via phone and email.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a set Pacific Time Zone shift (8:30am–5:00pm).
• Home office with reliable internet and dedicated workspace.

Mansioni

• Provide best-in-class customer service to families via phone, chat, email, and social media.
• Build strong relationships with families and business partners.
• Log and document inquiries in the ticketing system; ensure timely resolution.
• De-escalate emotions and resolve concerns on first contact where possible.
• Collaborate with field and corporate teams to address family needs and improve processes.
