KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Family Operations Specialist to support families across its brands from a remote location. The role emphasizes empathetic service, multi-channel communication, and timely problem resolution for parents and caregivers.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple chats, calls, and emails while meeting performance metrics.

Competenze

• Must have strong customer service background and a desire to help others.
• Experience in remote call center environments is a plus.
• Able to sit/stand at a desk for entire shift and maintain focus.

• Provide best-in-class customer service via phone, chat, and email.
