Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology, or related field.
• Other Bachelor's degrees accepted with 39 credit hours in human services or education.
• 3 years’ experience providing services to families needing child protection or related skills training.
• Experience with person-centered planning approaches and positive behavioral supports.
• Experience with behavior management.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to use a private car and comply with insurance requirements.
• Good writing and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of child abuse and neglect, child development, and community resources.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass drug tests and background checks.
