One Medical is a virtual primary care provider delivering world-class, accessible care around the clock. We are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Virtual Medical Team, focusing on telehealth visits, triage, and virtual follow‑ups to support patients with comprehensive, evidence‑based care.

You’ll collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and use your clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients anywhere

Competenze

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or in urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages.
• Currently licensed in CO with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required).
• Current shifts range from 7am-6pm PST and 11am-10pm PST.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually.
