Job summary

Greenberg & Sinkovits, LLC is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a growing practice. The candidate will handle a predominantly remote role with regular court appearances and occasional in-person meetings in Park Ridge and Naperville.

The ideal attorney has at least five years of substantive Illinois family law experience, strong litigation and negotiation skills, and a commitment to building a long-term future with the firm.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of substantive Illinois family law experience required.
• Active Illinois law license in good standing.
• Strong litigation, courtroom advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in divorce, parentage, child support, and related matters.
• Appear in court for conferences, hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
• Develop effective case strategies and provide practical legal advice.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
• Maintain proactive client communication and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to own assigned matters.
