Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents for filing.
• Draft pleadings and motions including judgments.
• Correspond with attorneys and court personnel.
• Interview witnesses and prepare them for testimony.
• Ensure accuracy of all documents.
• Appear in court on assigned cases.
• Handle all aspects of assigned cases.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Conduct legal research for specific issues.
