Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required and admission to the California State Bar.
• Strong knowledge of California family law, including divorce, asset division, and custody issues.
• Excellent client communication and ability to manage emotionally charged matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of divorce and dissolution matters from filing to judgment.
• Handle complex property division including real estate, retirement accounts, and businesses.
• Represent clients in spousal support, child support, and custody disputes.
• Draft petitions, motions, disclosures, and marital settlement agreements.
• Engage in hearings, trials, and mediations as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and negotiate settlements.
• Conduct discovery and legal research on California family law.
• Provide regular client updates and guidance throughout the process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Stay current with California family law developments and uphold professional standards.
