Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle family law matters from intake through resolution, including divorce, custody and complex property division.
• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, settlement agreements, and discovery.
• Prepare matters for hearings, mediation, and trial, and appear in court.
• Work directly with partners on high-net-worth and high-profile cases, including complex financial issues.
