Job summary

Meadow is hiring Family Coordinators to guide families through the full service lifecycle—contract to ashes return. You will own a high-volume caseload of about 100 concurrent cases as the primary contact, coordinating transportation, documentation, and scheduling with internal teams.

The role requires exceptional organization and empathy, with comfort using multiple systems to triage work and support others during a critical time. We value collaboration and a strong client-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage 100+ cases simultaneously with meticulous record-keeping.
• Calm, clear communicator who handles phone/text in a professional manner.
• Highly accountable, proactive, and able to triage escalations.
• Tech-savvy with experience across multiple systems to build context.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of business from contract to final resolution.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact via calls and texts with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide families step-by-step, building trust and an exceptional client experience.
• Own key milestones—transportation, documentation, scheduling, ashes return—collaborating with teams.
• Maintain meticulous documentation across all systems.
• Navigate HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and case management tools to triage workflows.
