Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Facility Development Project Manager to provide high-level administrative, analytical, and project coordination support to the Vice President of Facility Development in executing ASC growth and facility development strategy.

The role focuses on organizing priorities, coordinating cross-functional efforts, tracking initiatives, and supporting project planning and execution within a healthcare ASC environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Healthcare Project Management or Construction Management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Basic understanding of healthcare construction and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct day-to-day support to the Vice President of Facility Development.
• Assist in organizing priorities, calendars, meetings, and development initiatives.
• Support assigned ASC development projects under direction of the Vice President.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, and milestone reporting.
• Assist VP of Facility Development with tracking capital equipment, budgets and invoice approval process; review bids and vendor agreements.
• Support VP of Facility Development in permitting, licensure, and inspection coordination; maintain regulatory documentation and compliance checklists.
• Help coordinate equipment planning and installation schedules; assist with move-in, commissioning, and turnover activities.
