Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Facility Development Project Manager to support ASC growth initiatives and facility development strategies. The role provides high-level administrative, analytical, and project coordination support to the Vice President of Facility Development, coordinating priorities and cross-functional efforts.

The ideal candidate has healthcare development exposure, excels in coordination, and has strong communication and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Healthcare Project management and/or construction management or related field preferred.
• Five+ years’ Healthcare Project Management or Construction Management experience preferred or considered in-lieu of degree.
• Healthcare Construction experience
• Healthcare Life Safety experience including AHJ regulations for ASCs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Basic understanding of healthcare construction and regulatory environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct day-to-day support to the Vice President of Facility Development.
• Assist in organizing priorities, calendars, meetings, and development initiatives.
• Support assigned ASC development projects under direction of the Vice President.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, and milestone reporting.
• Assist VP of Facility Development with tracking capital equipment, budgets and invoice approval process.
• Support review of bids, proposals, and vendor agreements.
• Support VP of Facility Development in permitting, licensure, and inspection coordination.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and compliance checklists.
• Help coordinate equipment planning and installation schedules.
• Assist with move-in, commissioning, and turnover activities.
