ALDI USA is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance across our store network. This full-time remote role requires regular travel to assigned locations and a focus on minimizing total cost of ownership while extending asset lifecycles.

You will oversee repairs, manage budgets, supervise up to 150 stores, coordinate with operations, and ensure safety and compliance. The position offers competitive wages, benefits, and growth opportunities within a national retail team.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Facilities, Construction Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in facilities or construction management.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Environmental Health and Safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance expenditure through regularly scheduled site visits and CMMS.
• Supervise the maintenance of up to 150 ALDI locations within your geographical area of responsibility.
• Work in conjunction with operations personnel and leadership.
• Make decisions that directly impact the facilities within your area.
