Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and capital expenditure across our store network. The role is fully remote in the United States with regular travel to ALDI locations in Florida, requiring residence in the zone and flexible boundaries.

The position starts at $103,500 and includes annual increases. You will oversee facilities, partner with operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive initiatives to extend asset lifecycles while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5+ years progressive experience in facilities or construction management.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Environmental Health and Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance expenditure through regularly scheduled site visits and CMMS.
• Supervise the maintenance of up to 150 ALDI locations within your geographical area of responsibility.
• Work in conjunction with operations personnel and leadership.
• Make decisions that directly impact the facilities within your area.
• Other duties as assigned.
