Job summary

Great Expressions is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities across a multi-state portfolio of dental offices. You will manage vendor relationships, work orders, and ensure safe, cost-effective operations that support patients and teams.

This is a remote role; residents must be in Michigan, Ohio, Georgia, Texas, Florida, New Jersey or New York. You will collaborate with Real Estate, IT, and office teams to maintain uptime and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and facilities management across multiple locations or states.
• Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations; healthcare or dental experience is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage and vet incoming work orders across multiple states.
• Oversee vendors and work orders, track progress from creation to completion.
• Coordinate with office teams to minimize disruption to patient care.
• Maintain office uptime by KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate and document work for repairs and maintenance across trades.
• Serve as focal point for building and dental equipment emergencies, ensuring rapid response.
• Organize, schedule, and document all work activities; review progress.
• Obtain proposals and quotes, negotiate with vendors for best value.
• Support planning for construction, relocations, and closures with Real Estate and IT.
• Coordinate with Facilities Compliance Manager to meet regulatory requirements.
