Job summary

360care is seeking afield operations manager to lead management activities across multiple markets. You will supervise field staff, train teams on proper tool usage, and coordinate with nursing facilities to ensure high-quality care. The role requires HIPAA compliance, EMR familiarity, and the ability to travel across states.

You will develop operational strategies, monitor performance, and support daily field operations while maintaining excellent customer service and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years clinic or medical practice environment experience.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience.
• Hep B vaccination or declination.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivated to set the pace of the team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently and / or a team.
• Work alongside team members.
• Experience in EMR, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint preferred.
• Must be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field members and participate in hiring, counseling, and review processes.
• Determine appropriate tools and provide training for efficient execution.
• Attend and facilitate customer service meetings with nursing facilities.
• Guide and work with providers on first visits.
• Enforce policies and streamline processes across markets.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and PHI protection.
• Monitor systems and processes for regulatory requirements.
• Create and analyze ad-hoc reports for management.
• Maintain confidentiality and respond to changes proactively.
