Job summary

ALDI is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance across multiple store locations with a focus on reducing total cost of ownership and extending lifecycle of mechanical systems. This remote role requires travel to assigned stores within Hinckley (Northern Ohio).

The starting salary is $103,500 with scheduled increases and a company vehicle. Responsibilities include overseeing repair and maintenance expenditures, supervising up to 150 locations, and partnering with operations to drive

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in facilities/construction management.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in facilities or construction management.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• EH&S certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance expenditure via regular site visits and CMMS.
• Supervise maintenance of up to 150 ALDI locations within area.
• Collaborate with operations personnel and leadership.
• Make decisions impacting facilities within area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
