Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking an experienced Facilities Condition Assessor to support sustainment of large campus facilities by assessing and managing real property data. You will collaborate with clients and teams to develop effective repair and maintenance strategies for federal sites.

The role involves on-site assessments, data entry using proprietary software, and travel within the Northeast United States from Fayetteville, NC to Portsmouth, ME. A DoD Position of Trust eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management required.
• Must be eligible for DoD Position of Trust (Tier 1).
• Experience in construction or facilities maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site Visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) to determine operating efficiency, capacity and remaining life expectancy.
• Input, validate, and maintain facility data using proprietary software on computers, iPads or tablets.
• Ensure data accuracy through updates, validations and detailed reporting.
• Generate inventory condition reports and technical updates for new client portfolio facilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to industry and company standards.
