Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC seeks an experienced Facilities Condition Assessor to support sustainment of large campus facilities by evaluating data and managing RPIE. You will interact with clients and teams to craft effective repair and maintenance strategies for federal sites, ensuring data accuracy and actionable reporting.

The role involves on-site assessments, use of specialist software, and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE).
• Input, validate, and maintain facility data using proprietary software on computers, iPads or tablets.
• Ensure data accuracy through updates, validations, and detailed reporting.
• Generate inventory condition reports and technical updates for new client portfolio facilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to stringent industry and company standards.
