Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is hiring a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst for a remote U.S.-based role. You will analyze FACETS data, develop SQL-based data extraction and reporting solutions, and collaborate with client and delivery teams to meet data requirements.

The role emphasizes experience with FACETS, SQL Server, and healthcare payer data across Eligibility, Claims, and Providers. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience working with FACETS in a healthcare technology or healthcare payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and the ability to analyze and extract data from FACETS.
• Good functional knowledge of Eligibility, Claims, and Provider domains within FACETS.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing SQL scripts and SQL stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries, extracts, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective SQL solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across key FACETS functional areas, including Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, and support validation and troubleshooting activities.
