Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst to support healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server. This remote role serves the United States, with flexible work arrangements based on project needs.

You will collaborate with client and delivery teams to understand data requirements, develop SQL-based solutions, and ensure accuracy across Eligibility, Claims, and Providers. Strong SQL and FACETS expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience working with FACETS in a healthcare technology or healthcare payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and the ability to analyze and extract data from FACETS.
• Good functional knowledge of Eligibility, Claims, and Provider domains within FACETS.
• Extensive hands‑on experience developing SQL scripts and SQL stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries, extracts, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective SQL solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across key FACETS functional areas, including Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, and support validation and troubleshooting activities.
