Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst for a remote role in the United States. This full-time position focuses on healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server.

You will collaborate with clients and delivery teams to translate data requirements into SQL solutions. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of FACETS experience, strong FACETS data modeling knowledge, and extensive SQL scripting skills.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience working with FACETS in a healthcare technology or healthcare payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and the ability to analyze and extract data from FACETS.
• Good functional knowledge of Eligibility, Claims, and Provider domains within FACETS.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing SQL scripts and SQL stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries, extracts, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective SQL solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across key FACETS functional areas, including Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, and support validation and troubleshooting activities.
