Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst for a remote role in the United States. The position focuses on healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server, collaborating with clients and delivery teams to meet data requirements.

You will analyze FACETS data, develop SQL-based solutions, and maintain stored procedures, covering Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, while ensuring accurate data reporting and validation for

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience working with FACETS in a healthcare payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and the ability to analyze and extract data from FACETS.
• Good functional knowledge of Eligibility, Claims, and Provider domains within FACETS.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing SQL scripts and SQL stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries, extracts, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective SQL solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across key FACETS functional areas, including Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, and support validation and troubleshooting activities.
