Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst to support healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server. You will work with client and delivery teams to understand data requirements and develop SQL-based solutions that meet reporting needs.

In this role, you will analyze FACETS data across Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, build robust SQL scripts, and ensure data accuracy. Remote work within the United States is supported with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience working with FACETS in a healthcare technology or payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model to analyze and extract data.
• Functional knowledge of Eligibility, Claims, and Provider domains.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing SQL scripts and SQL stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into SQL solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across FACETS areas (Eligibility, Claims, Providers) and support validation and troubleshooting.
