Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is recruiting for a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst, fully remote within the United States. You will support healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server, collaborating with client and delivery teams to define data requirements.

You will develop SQL scripts and stored procedures, analyze data across Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, and translate business needs into effective SQL solutions that support healthcare

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working with FACETS in a healthcare payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and the ability to analyze and extract data from FACETS.
• Extensive hands‑on experience developing SQL scripts and SQL stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries, extracts, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective SQL solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across key FACETS functional areas, including Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, and support validation and troubleshooting activities.
