Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst for a remote role in the United States. You will support healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server, collaborating with client and delivery teams to translate data requirements into SQL solutions.

The role emphasizes data analysis across Eligibility, Claims, and Provider domains, with hands-on SQL development and validation to meet reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience working with FACETS in a healthcare technology or healthcare payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and ability to analyze and extract data from FACETS.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing SQL scripts and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into SQL solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across FACETS functional areas (Eligibility, Claims, Providers) and support validation and troubleshooting.
