Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Fabrication Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in metal fabrication while strengthening existing customer relationships. This remote role for US-based candidates involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions from proposal through delivery and ensuring satisfaction across projects.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of outside sales or business development in metal fabrication, strong negotiation and project management skills, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in outside sales or business development in metal fabrication or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
• Strong contract negotiation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth
• Identify and secure new fabrication business opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers to enhance retention and sales volume
• Conduct sales calls and training to maximize opportunities within the existing customer base
• Prepare and present tailored proposals that meet customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and customer satisfaction
• Monitor projects and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery
