Job summary

White Cap is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to drive business development across Fabrication and Rebar production nationwide. You will monitor efficiency, oversee fabrication and quality control, and collaborate with regional managers to align with strategic goals.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in fabrication operations, and the ability to manage safety and regulatory compliance across sites. This is a remote opportunity with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years of experience.
May require certification; advanced degree may offset less experience.
Experience in fabrication or construction industry; managing multiple sites; using financial indicators to measure performance and costs.

Responsibilities

Manages fabrication operations across the business including production, budgetary, and other financial performance goals.
Develops and monitors fabrication production and quality standards and procedures.
Applies knowledge of industry trends impacting production scope to fabrication processes.
Oversees safety, health and regulatory compliance for all Fabrication and Rebar sites.
Manages inventory levels across the business and through the production process.
Manages, hires, trains, and develops a staff of regional Fabrication managers.
