Qualifications

BS/BA in business or scientific discipline with 8 years of related experience.
Minimum 5 years of direct cGMP manufacturing operations experience (clinical and/or commercial).
MBA preferred and can supplement experience with supplier management.

Responsibilities

Oversee batch scheduling, material supply, direct shipment for CMOs/partner sites.
Review and route technical transfer activities, validation plans, SOPs and documentation.
Lead continuous improvements and system implementations to cut cycle times.
Ensure cGMP compliance at contract manufacturers and regulatory readiness.
Manage direct reports or sub-team; develop department metrics and training.
