Job summary

Window World is hiring Design Consultants to conduct 2-3 in-home sales presentations daily, tailoring exterior remodeling solutions to homeowners. You will use product samples and sales aids to demonstrate features and benefits, with on-site measures and written proposals aiming to secure contracts during the visit.

Travel to appointments, build rapport, present custom quotes, and answer questions about financing and installation.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication/people skills with follow-up.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and persistent.
• Basic math and measuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from company-generated and pre-scheduled leads at the home.
• Build rapport with customers through active listening and needs awareness.
• Demonstrate products and deliver custom quotes in the home.
• Answer questions about products, prices, installation, financing, and close sales on first visit.
• Measure for products and process all contract documents for the sale.
• Work with customer service to uphold high standards.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
