Job summary

Twin Health, based in Menlo Park, is seeking an Exploratory QA Engineer to ensure consumer-grade web and mobile experiences through rigorous exploratory testing and end-to-end coverage. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and design to deliver high-quality, scalable software in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong testing skills, excellent communication, and a passion for user-centric quality. This role supports remote work from the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience testing web UIs and mobile apps for consumer-facing or high-scale applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent focus on end-user success with empathy for user experience.
• High-order analytical and critical thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; 3+ years in QA engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to derive and execute scenario-based test plans for holistic application behavior.
• Work with Developers, PM and UX to release a consumer-grade user experience for our ecosystem.
• Design and implement end-to-end automated test coverage for web/mobile apps using AI-driven regression infrastructure.
• Think and act proactively—build agents to automate quality in a metrics-driven way.
• Other duties as assigned.
