Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced SQL Developer and Data Architect to design, develop, and optimize scalable database solutions for enterprise analytics and operational reporting.

You will drive ETL, data modeling, and performance tuning while maintaining architecture standards and system reliability. This role supports the data warehouse environment and collaborates with analytics teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics; typically 7 years of experience in project management, information systems, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural design, creation, installation and maintenance of the operational data store/warehouse.
• Collaborate with support services data analytics teams and leadership to plan system design and interfaces.
• Monitor system performance to maintain SLAs and optimize data workflows.
• Maintain standards and change control procedures; stay current in area of responsibility.
