Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills and strong database design fundamentals.

Theclientislookingforsomeonewithstronginterpersonalskills,whocancommunicateandarticulatethemselveswellwithstakeholdersandisstrongtechnically.

Responsibilities

• Ownanddrivethedataarchitecturemodels
• DesignreusablearchitecturepatternssuchasCDCingestion,SCDhandling,lakehouse/warehouselayers,andmedallionarchitectures
• ArchitectandoptimizescalableETL/ELTandingestionframeworksforend-to-enddataintegrationandtransformation
• Buildandenhancedatawarehouseanddatamartarchitecturesforanalyticsandreporting,withastrongfocusonperformancetuning(partitioning,clustering,indexing,queryoptimization)
• Ensurestrongdatagovernanceincludingdataquality,lineage,metadatamanagement,andsecureaccesscontrols(RBAC,encryption,datamasking)
• Leadarchitecturereviews,drivetechnicaldecisions,andcreate/maintaindocumentation(architecturediagrams,ERDs,dataflows,integrationspecifications)
• Collaboratecloselywithbusinessstakeholders,dataengineering,cloud,andBIteamstotranslaterequirementsintorobust,scalablesolutions
• Actasaclient-facingarchitecturalleader,owningdeliveryandoutcomesacrosscomplex,enterprise-scaleinitiatives
