Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site candidate with expertise in enterprise architecture and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Make data warehouse architecture more agile and accessible.
• Create data layers aligned with a dimensional model (Star Schema) reflecting business needs, designed for compatibility with visualization and analytics tools, optimized for large data processing.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy tabular models.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI reports.
• Lead the creation of dashboard and visualization strategies.
• Set up and configure Power BI and SSBI environments.
• Mentor ORRAI team members.
• Develop strategies for SSBI adoption and governance.
• Improve hosting performance and reliability.
• Assess cloud hosting options and recommend best services.
• Audit existing data systems, models, queries, data quality, and security; suggest modernization roadmap.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years in Microsoft SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS.
• 7-9 years in Power BI report design, development, and administration.
• 4-6 years experience with WhereScape tools and technology.
• 4-6 years experience in graphical design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft BI stack and data analytics.
• Experience converting SSRS reports into Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Ability to develop data modeling standards and Power BI standards.
