Job summary

Living & Learning International is seeking an Account Manager for the Experiential Tours division to drive sales growth and program development. This full-time remote role collaborates with universities, churches, and organizations to design customized international experiences.

The position reports to the Executive Director of Experiential Tours, Strategy & Growth. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in study abroad or educational travel, strong communication, and cross-cultural experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in study abroad, educational travel, sales, or account management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, high schools, churches, and organizations.
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, conferences, referrals, and follow-up.
• Design customized program itineraries and develop proposals, pricing estimates, and quotations.
• Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to program confirmation.
• Coordinate with Operations and Regional Program Managers to ensure smooth transition.
