Concentrix is seeking an Experience Design Manager to lead end-to-end UX design for a product area and to mentor a design team. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering to craft intuitive, user-centered solutions that meet business and technical needs while fostering strong design practices and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products; B2B, SaaS, or security experience preferred.
• Experience managing teams of at least 5 people.
• Strong expertise in UX design, research, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Ability to independently own product areas and make strategic design decisions.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution from discovery through delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver impactful experiences.
• Drive user-centered design through research, validation, and data-informed decisions.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to the design system and elevate design quality through collaboration and mentorship.
