Job summary

PwC is seeking an Experience Designer (Visual and Product) - Manager in Commercial Technology & Innovation to lead the creation and enhancement of user experiences across products and services. You will coach teams, drive projects from planning to completion, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative software solutions for clients.

You will mentor staff, manage client communications, and advocate for the integration of design research into delivery, while upholding PwC's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in experience design or a related field.
Proven ability to lead design teams and deliver end-to-end UX solutions.
Strong UX research and UI prototyping skills.
Experience advising or working with clients in a professional-services environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of user experiences for software products and services.
Guide teams in applying human-centered design principles to interactions.
Use analytical thinking to address system interactions and dependencies.
Develop and execute UI prototypes to improve customer experience.
Collaborate with leadership to manage quality, timelines and deliverables.
