Job summary
MaintainX is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to own post-sale relationships from handoff through renewal and expansion. You will cultivate mid‑market accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and demonstrate product value through strategic reviews and tailored demos.
You will manage a dynamic pipeline, collaborate with stakeholders, and master our tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years sales experience in mid-market account management.
- Track record of expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth in B2B.
- Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and data-driven presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Own post-sale client book from handoff through renewal and expansion.
- Identify and capture expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prospect proactively and provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and tailor product demonstrations.
- Document interactions, deals, and progress with precision.
- Manage Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and related tools.
- Forecast and manage sales pipeline with reasonable accuracy.
- Maintain rigorous organization across multiple tasks.
