BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term projects. You are proactive, detail oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks while collaborating with multiple departments to identify and present top candidates for various openings.

Qualifications

Proven analytical ability with high attention to detail.
Degree in Business, Systems, HR or related field.
3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
1+ years of experience in Recruitment.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Execute the staffing strategy for the company’s openings.
Obtain profile and assignment information for openings.
Collaborate with recruiting to identify candidates for openings.
Present candidates to clients and leads.
Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming opportunities across accounts.
Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.
