Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and intelligence gathering to identify potential candidates for senior-level executive roles in the technology and finance industries.
• Develop and implement sophisticated search strategies to pinpoint and engage passive and active candidates globally.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives, clients, and industry influencers.
• Manage the entire executive search process, from client consultation and brief definition to candidate assessment, interviewing, and offer management.
• Conduct rigorous behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications, leadership potential, and cultural alignment.
• Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and debrief clients on market intelligence and search progress.
• Collaborate effectively with international colleagues and support teams in a virtual environment.
• Actively participate in business development efforts, contributing to the growth of our client's executive search practice.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent mobility within the tech and finance sectors.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in executive search or executive recruitment, with a strong focus on the technology and/or financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing senior-level candidates (e.g., C-suite, VPs, Directors).
• Exceptional research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with advanced search techniques, professional networking platforms, and CRM/ATS systems.
• Experience working within a global or multi-regional context is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
