Qualifications

• Eight years of related experience.

• Master’s degree in leadership, talent development, organizational effectiveness, consulting, or related field preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CliftonStrengths, Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, Korn Ferry preferred.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or coach-specific training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers, leaders, and executives for development and performance improvement.
• Lead learning sessions and facilitate discussions.
• Develop and implement learning and development plans.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align learning with business goals.
