Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Learning Delivery Professional to serve as a consultant, coaching managers, leaders, and executives for development and performance improvements. The role supports the Learning & Development strategy, takes initiative, and fosters continuous learning while collaborating with senior leaders to drive outcomes.

Position is offsite with home-based work primarily; occasional on-site meetings and events may be required, including in Birmingham, AL or Houston, TX.
