Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking a Research & Insights Expert to reconstruct executive-level presentations from research materials, preserving accuracy while improving clarity and visual storytelling. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, quantitative research, or a related field.
• Proven ability to create or refine executive-level or client-facing PowerPoint presentations.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written communication and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Review images of research and insights presentations and reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Preserve factual accuracy, research methodology, definitions, assumptions, caveats, and context.
• Improve slide structure, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall clarity.
• Strengthen charts, tables, graphs, and other research-focused data visualizations.
• Apply effective visual storytelling to communicate research findings clearly.
• Develop evidence-supported titles and key messages.
• Edit and refine content while maintaining the original research intent.
• Evaluate whether exhibits effectively support the conclusions being presented.
• Document the changes made to each slide and explain the reasoning behind those decisions.
• Explain why specific elements were retained when existing choices are already effective.
• Clearly communicate methodological, content, and design decisions in writing.
• Work on task-based, sprint-driven assignments with flexible timing.
• Complete individual slide engagements that typically require approximately 1–2 hours.
