Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking a Product & Engineering Expert to review and reconstruct executive-level presentations, combining domain expertise with strong PowerPoint skills. You will analyze slides, preserve technical accuracy, and improve clarity and visual hierarchy for engineers and senior executives.

This remote, contractor role uses 1–2 hour sprint assignments and emphasizes clear reasoning for each change. No AI experience required, but familiarity with data visuals is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, engineering leadership, or technical program management.
• Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Strong content editing, presentation design, and data visualization abilities.
• Excellent visual storytelling and message hierarchy.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain title/diagram/content choices and preserve effective elements.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze images of product and engineering business presentations.
• Reconstruct slides accurately in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Preserve factual accuracy, technical definitions, assumptions, and caveats.
• Improve slide clarity, structure, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strengthen charts, diagrams, and data visualizations.
• Apply visual storytelling to simplify complex information.
• Develop clear, evidence-supported slide titles and key messages.
• Edit and refine slide content while preserving intent and context.
• Document reasoning behind improvements for each slide.
• Explain why changes were not made when existing elements are effective.
• Provide feedback in clear language for engineers to executives.
• Work in project-based sprints with 1–2 hour assignments per slide.
• Manage assignments within adaptable project timelines.
