CAI is seeking an Executive Director, Service Delivery - Public Sector to lead delivery for State and Local Government accounts nationwide. This role combines delivery leadership, customer relationship management, and BD support in a remote, full-time capacity with travel required.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensure service quality, and drive expansion opportunities while supporting the sales team with presentations, RFP responses, and project scoping.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering IT services to state and local government accounts.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and build strong relationships.
• Experience with public sector procurement cycles (RFPs, cooperative contracts, SLAs).
• Proven ability to lead delivery end-to-end across multiple accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~25–30% to support client engagements.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Delivery organization to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Own end-to-end delivery execution across all accounts and services within the vertical.
• Provide strategic advice to customer stakeholders and senior consultants on key projects.
• Support vertical sales with proposals, SOWs, and customer calls.
• Coordinate assessments, transitions, and delivery oversight.
