• 10-15+ years experience in political or nonprofit leadership.
• Proven fundraising success and donor network.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Lead fundraising strategy with leadership to broaden donor base.
• Manage staff and oversee budgets and compliance.
• Guide campaign support and program development.
• Represent the organization with donors and partners.
