Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in pharma/healthcare with precision medicine focus.
Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacology, Epidemiology, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years in domain analytics: data science, market research, analytics strategy.
5+ years of people management; proven data-driven decision-making at senior level.
Proficient in analyzing healthcare data using advanced statistical techniques.
Experience with clinical and diagnostic data to identify biomarkers.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis of healthcare data, including clinical trial datasets and EHRs.
Develop partnerships with providers to identify eligible patients and inform strategy.
Oversee data from digital health technologies and patient-reported outcomes.
Track and analyze companion diagnostic availability and usage.
Analyze real-world evidence to identify patterns in treatment response.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and strategy.
Draft and review technical reports and manuscripts for scientific publications.
Communicate insights to leadership, clinicians, and health systems.
Align insights with patient finding teams and strategic goals.
