Qualifications

• 15+ years in biopharmaceutical market access or related commercial functions.
• Experience leading market access strategy for at least one U.S. oncology product launch.
• Deep expertise in U.S. payer systems, reimbursement, and gross-to-net management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. market access strategy for the first commercial launch.
• Lead pricing, contracting, payer strategy, and patient access initiatives.
• Generate and communicate payer value through HEOR, dossiers, and budget impact analyses.
• Ensure launch readiness across access, distribution, and field reimbursement operations.
• Build and lead a high-performing market access organization.
