Santa Barbara Audubon Society (SBAS) seeks a full-time Executive Director to lead the local chapter of the National Audubon Society. The ED will work with the Board to execute mission, policies, and programs, serving as a key public face of Audubon locally.

The role requires flexible hours including some evenings and weekends, with a home office, meetings, and public events. The salary range is $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or science.
• Leadership experience in a mission-driven nonprofit.
• Experience with finance, staffing, volunteers, marketing, and fundraising.

Responsabilités

• Administration and operations management of SBAS, including budgeting and reporting.
• Program development and management, including outreach and events.
• Fundraising, membership growth, donor management, and grants administration.
