Job summary

The National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC) seeks an Executive Director/CEO to advance its mission, lead a remote team, and strengthen financial sustainability. The ED/CEO works with the Board, oversees programs, operations, and external relations, and serves as the principal spokesperson.

Candidates should have a Juris Doctor degree, 10+ years of leadership, fluency in policy and advocacy, and a track record of building partnerships, fundraising, and fiduciary oversight.

Qualifications

• JD required with at least 10 years of professional leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of child welfare and related systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with capacity to set goals and guide investments.
